Cancellation Policy
All rates are non-refundable.
Guaranteed minimum rate
We guarantee the most competitive rates in all accommodations booked directly on our website. Direct bookings on our website can represent a saving of up to 15% compared to other sites or platforms.
Booking Confirmation
After making the reservation, the client should receive an immediate confirmation email with all the details of the reservation. If the confirmation email is not received immediately, the spam folder must be checked.
If your booking has been made through platforms, the booking is confirmed with the conditions of each of them. Direct bookings are confirmed with the payment of 50% for stays of more than 2 days or 100% for certain promotions.
24-48 hours before the arrival date DakarByDays sends a final reminder email with instructions for arrival as well as to reconfirm the booking details.
At any time during the entire process, the client can hire additional services (subject to availability).
Arrival and departure
Check-in time: 3pm.
Check-out time: until 11am.
Arrivals after 3pm are subject to a surcharge of €30 (20,000.00 F CFA).
We will not refund amounts already paid in case of late arrival or early departure.
Occupation
To avoid misunderstandings, the number of people occupying the accommodation must match the number indicated on the booking.
If the number of people occupying the accommodation increases after the booking has been confirmed, the final rental price will be changed. In the event of a reduction in the number of people occupying the accommodation on a booking already confirmed, the final price will not be changed.
If the accommodation does not have the "pet friendly" condition, pets are not allowed.
Code of Conduct for our customers
It is forbidden to organize parties or celebrations that may interfere with cohabitation with neighbors. We ask our guests to respect the community and avoid noise from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m.
If non-compliance with this code of conduct leads to complaints from the neighbors or the police, EASY HOME DAKAR reserves the right to force the client to leave the accommodation. The customer will lose any right to an economic claim and will not obtain any refund of payments made to EASY HOME DAKAR.
Changes in the booking due to force majeure
In the event of force majeure or unforeseen events (urgent repairs, partially or completely out of service, etc.) EASY HOME DAKAR reserves the right to make changes to accommodation.
The new home will have similar characteristics. The customer will be informed and will be able to accept the change or cancel the booking.
In case of cancellation of the reservation, the customer will be reimbursed the full amount (100%) already paid.
If the change is to be made when the customer has already checked into their accommodation, EASY HOME DAKAR will act in the same way as previously described, but in case of cancellation the amount refunded will only be the amount with the statement of the stay and the services already consumed.
Damage, misuse of lost items and items
The guest is responsible for the proper use and conditions of the accommodation during their stay. The client is also responsible for any material damage or loss of any element of the accommodation. The customer will be responsible for any repairs and replacement of damaged or lost items.
Electricity
To guarantee you the best rate, when you arrive, we leave you a minimum charge of electricity for the first day. Afterwards, you will have to pay for the electricity.
Deposit
The security deposits received will be returned to the guest after the inspection of the accommodation, within a period of 15 days. If any repairs or work need to be carried out on the accommodation at the expense of the deposit, this 15‑day period may be extended until the completion of such repairs and work.
